THE ENGAGEMENT OF OUR DAUGHTER ANTONIA TO GERVER
Time flies by so quickly!   The beautiful daughter we adopted 14 years ago at the age of 6 is now engaged to a wonderful man called Gerver.  The wedding is due to take place in a garden just outside the town of Antigua on 5 September this year, and we are so very excited and proud to have another son added to our family.  Here is a photo of them both at a celebration engagement lunch.  

PROJECT NOAHS ARK
Our first 500 Euros  ($630) has come in towards our project Noah’s Ark which is towards the purchase of the neighboring land next to our church building. This leaves a balance of 14,500 Euros ($17,400) needed.   As stated in our previous Newsletter, we now have over 200 children to teach and the facilities we have are much too small and cramped.  We urgently need to build new classes so that our teachers can have smaller groups of children which are easier to handle.   Please make your donations to the address below marked “Noah’s Ark.”   We thank you in advance.  Here is a photo of Pastor Fredy and our teachers.

THE CHURCH
We continue to grow as our 21 cell groups are challenged time and time again to go out and win people for the Lord until it becomes natural and part of their lives.   There is work to do for every Christian and it is urgent.  TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY OF SHARING JESUS CHRIST EVERY DAY, not just once or twice a year, and then see the church be filled with new souls. Oh Lord Give us more!  Here are two photos of our latest members who recently took part in two separate encounter weekends in March and April.  Ready to win souls for Christ!

OUR BUILDING
We are pleased to see our own church members contribute the little they have towards the last few jobs that are needed to be done in our church building.  We urgently need to construct 2 further toilets for the children (at the moment we have only 2 for the whole church.)  There are doors to be purchased and fitted in the classrooms and toilets for privacy, as well as repainting parts of the inside of the church where dirty hands have made their marks!.  We know we are always asking for funds and stretching your faith in these hard times and we know you give with a joyful heart.  Please mark donations “J Mills-Church.”  We thank you with all our hearts for your help.

VERLOBUNG  UNSERER  TOCHTER  MIT  GERVER
Wie die Zeit vergeht! Die wunderbare Tochter, die wir vor 14 Jahren adoptierten, sie war damals 6 Jahre alt, ist nun mit einem wunderbaren jungen Mann namens Gerver verlobt. Die Hochzeit wird am 5. September in einer Gartenanglage ausserhalb Antiguas stattfinden, und wir freuen uns und sind sehr stolz einen Sohn zu bekommen. Hier ist ein Foto vom gemeinsamen Verlobungsessen.

PROJEKT  ARCHE  NOAH
Unsere ersten 500 Euros für das Arche Noah Projekt sind bereits eingegangen! Nun fehlen nur noch 14,500 Euros für den Erwerb des Grundstücks neben unserem Gemeindehaus. Wir im vorigen Rundbrief erwähnt, haben wir nun 200 Kinder im Kindergottesdienst, und unsere Räume sind einfach zu klein für soviele Kinder. Wir brauchen dringend neue Räume, so dass unsere Kindermitarbeiter kleinere Gruppen besser betreuen können. DIE  GEMEINDE
Wir wachsen auch weiterhin, da unsere inzwischen 21 Zellgruppen immer wieder herausgefordert werden zu gehen und Menschen für Jesus zu gewinnen, bis die Evangelisation ein natürlicher Bestandteil ihres Lebens wird. Es gibt viel zu tun für einen jeden Christen, und die Zeit drängt. NIMM  JEDE  GELEGENHEIT WAHR  JEDEN  TAG  VON  JESUS  ZU  ERZÄHLEN, und nicht nur ein oder zweimal im Jahr, und so werden Gemeinden sich mit neuen Seelen füllen. Oh Herr, gib uns mehr! UNSER  GEMEINDEHAUS
Wir sind dankbar zu sehen, wie unsere Gemeindemitglieder true von dem Wenigen, was sie haben beitragen zu neuen, zusätzlich Arbeiten, die aufgrund unseres Wachstums erforderlich geworden sind. So brauchen wir dringend 2 weitere Toiletten (derzeit gibt es nur 2 für die gesamte Gemeinde). Dann brauchen wir Türen für die Toiletten und für die behelfsmässig mit Spanholz unterteilten Kinderräume. Und ein Innenanstrich wäre inzwichen auch nötig.
