This is an update of our Relief Work for the families of our church. We are making headway and have completed the reconstruction of one house and have begun the work on the second house. We enclose a couple of pictures.
All that was left on Maydrees House. Her mother (of 8 children) died in this in the mudslide, along with an 11th month old baby!
Destrucrtion of many houses!
So far we have raised over $10,000 but are a long way from our sum of $50,000. We are asking you again to please help financially towards the rebuild of the other houses AND the purchase of the most basic household items, beds, mattresses etc. These families lost everything and were only left with what they were wearing when they hurriedly had to abandon their houses.
